Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Wuji Academy membership. This policy explains when and how refunds work. Payments for memberships are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the Merchant of Record for this website — Paddle is the seller of record for your subscription and handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If a membership is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that first billing period — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges made after the first 14 days are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months of a prepaid period, at our discretion. You can avoid future charges entirely by canceling — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at hello@taichiwuji.com with the email address on your membership account, or
  • Open the billing portal from your member dashboard and use the "Order" section — Paddle's support team can process refunds directly.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Billing periods that have already been fully consumed (outside the initial 14-day guarantee)
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Partial months within a canceled billing period (access continues to period end instead)

EU / UK Withdrawal Rights

Consumers in the EU and UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services, beginning on the day of purchase. Where mandatory local law provides stronger rights than this policy, those rights prevail.
